Great in-person & over the phone customer service. Only caveat is room was riddled in spider webs & daddy long legs. Yes, I do have an outdoor unit but was hoping pesticides would be sprayed around the perimeter at least quarterly or as-needed. Otherwise, great deal for my area.

Looking for storage they were really helpful. I thought I was getting climate controlled and when paperwork was done realized I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t getting that. I was told I could for another charge. Not a bad thing just a little disappointed

We needed a small unit, 5x5, to storage extra household items while we try & make room at our house. The cost of the unit was fantastic. Most other storage facilities are charging a lot more! The staff was extremely helpful & courteous & the facility & unit were easily accessible & clean.

This storage facility allowed me to reserve online and complete the forms upon arrival at the location. The staff were friendly and engaging and explained all details of the rental process. I also needed boxes, and purchasing the boxes from this location was much more affordable than a retail store or online. It is the most affordable climate-controlled unit I found, and the facility is clean and secure — requiring a code to enter and exit. I will be recommending this location to others.
