Went with this storage place because of being open on Sunday , but very happy with this facility. Easy check in and easy load in even on the second floor because of the dollies provided. Security is great and facility is clean and climate controlled .

When we arrived for the first time, the local office staff member walked me through how to gain access to the unit and this was very helpful since I'd only ever had units open to the outside and could drive right up to them. My unit on the 2nd floor was easily accessible via the elevator and since my movers had all the adequate equipment for transporting my items, we were in and out quickly. Also, the access codes and unit # were sent via text the morning I moved in which is what I was told would happen as well. Very smooth process and helpful staff locally, as well as the 800 customer service reps. Thank you!

LuAnn assisted me and was very knowledgeable about what was available and showed me units she thought would fit my needs. The place is well staffed, clean, and safe. I think it is a great option if you need climate controlled storage. It is a bit far from UNCG so if you are a student try and find something a little closer.

Public Storage has a location near where my daughter lives. I decided to check out the online information, and liked what I saw. After filling in the requested information, I wasn't sure if my request was accepted. I had another question, too, so I decided to call the number on the website, and my day got brighter! Luann, the manager of the Battleground Ave,, Greensboro, NC 27410, location, answered the phone and was extremely helpful. It turns out, my request for a unit did not show up on her computer. She explained she would see my name on her computer if everything had gone through. I was checking to see if I had made an error. She said she could check something else, and for me to just start over and fill out a new one. She said she would call me back in a few minutes to let me know if it went through or not. I redid the application, and it went through. She called me immediately! I was truly amazed at how curteous and caring she was toward me. My things are safe and sound in a unit, and I wave at Luann when I am there. It's a good feeling: knowing I did the right thing.
