Today I put a hold on a unit at this location. My husband went to look at it a fill out the paper work. When filling out the paper work the person told him that he had to buy a lock from them. He then called me to tell me this. I asked why when we have our own lock. The person there then said very rudely that if we did not buy their lock then we would not be able to rent the unit. Because of how she siad this to me I told her that that is fine we won't rent the unit. I asked my husband ti get her name and the name of the Manger that I could talk to about how she had talked to me. We he asked her fro this I formation she told him that she was the Manger and that she had already called the person above her. She said she told him that they just lost a customer because we had to buy a lock from then and that he had said ow well. She was very rude when saying this. I told her that her behavior is NOT how you treat customer. And that they did not lose a customer because of a lock but they lost of customer because of her attitude and how she was speaking to us. She then told my husband to take his bitch of a wife and phone and get out of her office and never come back. If this Manger does not like her job and does not know how to treat people then customer service jobs are not for her.
